Copy Chart of Accounts

This feature allows copying the chart of accounts from one company into another. When this option is selected, the window shown below appears. In the from field, the number of the company that you have in your chart of accounts is the one that appears by default. In the To field, enter the number of the company that you want to copy the chart of accounts into. If you have already set up some accounts in the other company, you can tell the program to only copy the accounts that have not been set up yet, by checking the option preserve existing accounts. If you want to copy all the accounts, you can do so, by un-checking the preserve existing accounts option

Paytab is a table that contains the listing of all the charges that have been entered for the line with three important fields: Pay To, Agency Commission and Broker Commission. It allows the user to assign who is going to be responsible for the charges and also whether a determined charge is to be included in the calculation of brokerage commission or agency commission. If there are already entries in the new company, you can preserve them and copy the remaining by selecting the appropriate option.

After making sure that you have selected the options that you wanted, click on the OK button
