Add Notes

 

Some customers have specific requirements, or simply the user wants to have sort of a reminder in the system every time that one of this customer is used in any of the documents. If this is the case, you can use this program to add notes.

By right-clicking the mouse on the customer, select the CMS Notes option, and click on the Add Notes button.

After entering the subject, the description can be typed.

 

 

 

 

 

When the customer already has notes, a flag will be displayed next to the name “Notes” with a highlighted color. When clicking on it, the window will be displayed with the subject, date, time and user who entered it, on top and in the lower screen you will see the note itself.
