Booking View

The Booking View program displays the job numbers whose dates vary in the range of dates that you selected. The information displayed is based on the criteria selection, such as, line, ports, and whether you want to include inbound jobs, loose cargo, group equipment, in other words you will design your own report. Once the information is displayed, double click on the desired job number, to view the list of bookings.

If you want to access the booking itself, highlight the line item and double-click on the mouse, or press Enter.

The lower screen can be used as a Pivot table, grouping the information, as desired, by dragging the column to the top.

This list can be exported to Excel, by clicking on the appropriate icon on the menu. You will also find a Traffic signal. It is used to block/unblock a job number, to allow users to stop or continue making reservations for the selected job. The user has to have audit security level to use this feature. The purpose of this feature is to avoid the overbooking of cargo.

There is also an option to refresh the Information. Since this is an on-line view, as users enter bookings, they will be reflected on this view, by clicking on the Refresh button.
