The check register is an on-line view of all the checks that have been issued for a specific bank account and within a specific company. To be able to display this information, select the company and the bank account from he drop-down list. Once this criteria has been selected, a listing will appear with the check number, date, vendor information, amount and current status (voided or blank).
A check number can automatically be searched by typing it in the Find Check field.
The related accounts payable can be viewed from this screen, by highlighting the line item and hitting <Enter> or double-clicking on it.
A check can also be voided, from this window, if necessary.
A check register for a different bank account can be viewed at the same time by using the tiling options on the top of the menu.
There is a report a Check Register Report that can be printed by bank, by vendor
