Freight Release on Bills of Lading

This is a new feature that allows users with supervisor access to release a bill of lading. The program reviews the following aspects:

1. Accounting status of the customer, whether it is on hold and or credit status limit or over limit

2. B/L must be posted

3. Accounts Receivable Invoice must be paid

4. Released by Customs if it is a Northbound B/L

If one of these options has a conflict, the program will display a list with the problems that it has found. If the user has supervisor access, the B/L can be force-released. If the user has Full access, then it will not allow to release, unless all the criteria has been met
