Payable Table - Paytab

The Payable Table is a table that defines whether an accounts payable must be generated when posting a bill of lading, and if commission, agency or brokerage commission, should be generated. For every charge, there are three options to define: Payee, in which case X, will be none, F, will be forwarder, S will be shipper, A will be agent. A list will be displayed and the users can select the desired option. The other two columns must be populated with Y/N depending on whether you want freight forwarder commission or agency commission to be generated

A report can be previewed and printed from this screen. There is an additional report, Pay to list, which includes additional information about payable options, as well as commissionable charges.
