Schedule B Master

The Schedule B file contains information by commodity used in printing the shipper’s export declaration, S.E.D.’s. The screen is divided in two sections; the top part has the list of all available schedule B Numbers and the description. This information can be edited, by selecting the appropriate option or a new record can be created, as well.

The lower section will show the information that has been selected from the top portion of the screen. To make a selection look up for the commodity you are working with, highlight it and then click on the Add to Document button.

Depending on the way a company works, the rating process in the B/L’s can be set to be based on commodities and the corresponding schedule B.
